1. What this site does

The site shows public cryptocurrency market data (prices, market cap, volume, Fear & Greed, Bitcoin network stats) from third-party providers. You can browse without creating an account. There is no user login yet.

2. Data we process

Technical logs. The hosting provider (Railway) may process IP address, user agent, and request times for security and reliability. We do not sell this data.
Google Analytics 4 (optional). The Google tag is present on pages for measurement, with Consent Mode set so analytics storage is denied until you click “Accept analytics.” After Accept, Google may set cookies and process identifiers (including IP, which we configure with IP anonymization where supported), pages viewed, approximate location, and device info. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Local storage. Your analytics choice (accepted / rejected) is stored in your browser’s localStorage so we do not ask every visit.
Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply. Mail is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing.
Market data. Price and market statistics come from Live Coin Watch, alternative.me, and mempool.space. That data is about markets, not about you.

3. Cookies and consent

Strictly necessary storage for the site (e.g. remembering your analytics choice) is used to run the banner. Google Analytics cookies are optional and used only after consent. You can change your mind by clearing site data for this domain (that clears localStorage and shows the banner again) or by using “Reject analytics”.

If you reject analytics, the dashboard still works; only Google Analytics is not loaded.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Operating the public site and security logs: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Optional Google Analytics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Transfers

Railway and Google may process data in the EU and/or other countries (including the United States). Where required, providers rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

Hosting logs follow the provider’s retention. GA4 retains aggregated analytics according to its settings and product defaults. Price history stored by this app is market data, not personal data.

7. Your rights

If GDPR or similar law applies to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, or port personal data, and to withdraw consent for analytics (use “Reject analytics” on the cookie banner, or clear this site’s data in your browser). To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you have read the updated policy.
